A native of Mississippi, I've been creating modern art since 1994 and enjoy the form in a variety of ways -- from photography to mixed media to painting.  My first projects were black and white rural abstract landscape photography shot across the state -- from central to northeast Mississippi and in the Mississippi Delta.  After relocating to Los Angeles in 2003, I fell in love with hard-edge style of painting which began in the 1960s in Southern California -- it was a form of abstract expressionism featuring bright colors and precise lines.  I created HD3Gallery in 2017 to showcase my passion for painting and photography.
